Working principle of pig bristle dryerThe through flow pig bristle dryer is composed of multiple pipes with the same length as the cylinder, which are used to heat the inside of the dryer cylinder. The heat source enters the internal pipes and releases heat during the process of passing through the pipes, thereby increasing the temperature inside the dryer cylinder. When the material to be dried passes through the cylinder, the moisture of the material itself is evaporated. The discharge port of the through flow dryer has an induced draft fan, ensuring sufficient circulating air inside the dryer to improve drying efficiency. During the process of drying and pushing forward the bristles, they will lose water and become lighter. Some of the bristles will gradually scatter from the internal pipes and be discharged from the uniformly distributed discharge outlet, completing the entire drying process of the bristles.
